Our high-end yoga instructors assembled the most unique yoga work-outs for you to escape the usual yoga classes in Barcelona. Without credit in your account you will not be allowed to book classes. Once you have created your username and password and purchased credits, use your password to sign in and book any of our classes via the timetable. Just hover over the class that you want to book on the timetable and click on it. It will ask you your email address and password and once you insert them you will be able to book your class.

Our community setting is focused on a maximum of convenience, where you can relax and unwind before and after every work-out.

Lockers

Use our lockers to leave your personal belongings during your workout. Ask at reception if you are interested in renting out a lockers and leaving you stuff for a longer period of time.

Our healthy bar offers liquid and solid pre and post exercise snacks as well as packed breakfasts and lunches to make it as easy as possible for you to fit your exercise routine at any time during the day. Whether you must go to work in the morning or taking your break during lunch; exercise, shower and eat all within 1,5 hours we got you covered! All our meals and snacks were balanced by our nutritionist Dr Thelma Polyviou (link to nutrition section and go straight to bio). Therefore, we have something for you whether you are looking to maintain your body weight, build up muscle or lose weight. We always know your goals as it is the first thing we ask, so we can recommend an appropriate snack or meal for you. Mineral Water Pre and Post exercise snacks, breakfast and lunch

Flow & Glow

Based on Vinyasa Yoga

What do we do in this class? We align our breathing with our movement while we flow through different postures in a dynamic rhythm.

Who is this class for? The best for those looking for a more dynamic workout that combines breathing and movement. For more active souls who find it difficult to disconnect and get carried away in a really relaxed environment. Think of it as an active meditation!

Level Open to all levels but the absolute beginner is recommended to try our Flexibility and Balance & Grounded classes first

The Balanced & Grounded

What do we do in this class? We focus on slow movements to build our stability and grounding from the very base of the feet and pelvic floor towards the rest of the body and strengthening from the centre towards the sides.

Based on Hatha Yoga

Best for Those who really want to go into the depth of each posture. For those who enjoy the journey and not just the destination

Level Open to all levels and ideal for those starting in yoga

The Strong & Powerful

Based on Ashtanga Practice

What do we do in this class? We use a series of postures and drills in a flow that will test your stamina, work into your core and improve strength and muscle tone both in the lower and upper body

Best for Those looking to build up some internal heat and sweat like there is no tomorrow. Burns fat, ideal for weight loss, builds strength in all parts of the body and stamina

Level Open to all levels but the absolute beginner is recommended to try our Flexibility and Balance & Grounded classes first

Flex & Restore

What do we do in this class? We hold a static posture on the floor for longer periods of time (4-7 minutes). This practice is focused on stretching and rejuvenating the connective tissues (facia), ligaments, tendons, joints and synovial liquid as well as the energetic canals or meridians that travel through the tissues to eliminate tensions accumulated throughout the day, empty the mind and rebalance energies.

Based on Yin Yoga

Best for Sports Practitioners with tight muscles, individuals who have a sitting job and working on the computer all day and those who just feel that they need a restorative session and a break from the ordinary hard core workouts

Level All Levels. Perfect for Absolute Beginners

Reenergize Flow

Based on Intense Flow, Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga

What do we do in this class? We start with postures to raise the Heart Rate, we continue with a flow and postures of Vinyasa Yoga that align movement with the breathing, and we finish the practice on the floor with positions of Yin Yoga which provide deep stretching.

Who is this class for? The best for those looking for a more dynamic workout that combines breathing and movement. For more active souls who find it difficult to disconnect and get carried away in a really relaxed environment. Think of it as an active meditation!

Strong Core

What do we do in this class? This class uses postures from different styles of yoga to strengthen the core

Who is this class for? For Everyone and Anyone. We all need a strong core (abdominals) to protect us from back pain and to maintain a good posture.

Hipopresivos

Based on Tecnique of Belgian Origin originally created for the Uro-Gynecological Reeducation.

What do we do in class? Using specific breathing techniques of Yoga like Uddiyana Bandha and Nauli Kriya, we focus on producing a massage on the internal organs of the abdomen, working the diaphragms (respiratory and pelvic).

Best for Those that want to reduce the waist, following pregnancy, those with problems of urinary incontinence, those looking to increase sports and sexual performance or improve posture and avoid lower back problems.
