Create an account here. While creating your account you will be asked to create a password. If you don’t have credits or a pass, go to the Buy Classes page, to add credit to your account. Without credit in your account you will not be allowed to book classes. Once you have created your username and password and purchased credits, use your password to sign in and book any of our classes via the timetable. Just hover over the class that you want to book on the timetable and click on it. It will ask you your email address and password and once you insert them you will be able to book your class.

Our community setting is focused on a maximum of convenience, where you can relax and unwind before and after every work-out.

Lockers

Use our lockers to leave your personal belongings during your workout. Ask at reception if you are interested in renting out a lockers and leaving you stuff for a longer period of time.

Water & Healthy Food Bar

Our healthy bar offers liquid and solid pre and post exercise snacks as well as packed breakfasts and lunches to make it as easy as possible for you to fit your exercise routine at any time during the day. Whether you must go to work in the morning or taking your break during lunch; exercise, shower and eat all within 1,5 hours we got you covered! All our meals and snacks were balanced by our nutritionist Dr Thelma Polyviou (link to nutrition section and go straight to bio). Therefore, we have something for you whether you are looking to maintain your body weight, build up muscle or lose weight. We always know your goals as it is the first thing we ask, so we can recommend an appropriate snack or meal for you. Mineral Water Pre and Post exercise snacks, breakfast and lunch

Spinning Rides

What do we do in this class? The instructor gives you general guidelines about how much resistance to add, how fast to pedal, how hard you should be working, and when to do certain movements (like standing, sitting, sprinting, etc.). Using these cues as guidelines, it’s up to you to work out at your own level and pay attention to how you feel. You can recover, go slower, use less resistance, or vice versa depending on how hard you want to work.

Best for Those looking for a ride that will push them through all the training zones and leave them physically fitter and mentally stronger.

Level All level Spinners and Athletes. Beginners are recommended to take a few Starters Rides first

Power Rides

What do we do in this class? We work with intervals and sprints to build up a sweat and to overcome your limits! It is very similar to a traditional Spinning Ride with the difference that instead of working at a percentage of your Heart Rate max, we work at a percentage of your maximum power.

Based on The concept that working with Watts instead of Heart Rate can give you a better workout with real time measurements of individual effort for greater training efficiency and performance results

Best for Athletes and Spinners who want to take their endurance to the next level, those who want to achieve fat burning and gain motivation. Great for those who want to break their aerobic threshold

Level All levels but before taking this class we recommend that you take a few Spinning Rides to ensure you have the perfect technique

Soul Rides

What do we do in this class? Instead of racing or riding to RPMs, we ride in sync with each other and the music, taping into a contagious group energy that pushes us through every challenge to reach our best. We use a unique combination of jogs, sprints and body strengthening fixes for a cardio and strength workout like no other!

Best for Those who are looking to Spin for fun, like a good beat and are generally tired of conventional workouts

Level All levels welcome but we recommend a few Starter Rides first

Starter Rides

What do we do in this class? This 45-minute ride is designed to help you master the basics with a strong focus on rhythm and posture. Learn about proper technique, master the different positions on the bike and get comfortable riding to the beat so that you can make the most of every ride. Learn to use heart rate belts if you wish and to ride with shoes that clip on to the pedals. Learn to ride like a pro!

Best for Those who want to take up Spinning as their aerobic activity but need to start slow to build up technique, stamina and endurance
